Materials and raw materials management

Warehouse management monitors the inventory level of each container (silo, bunker, box, ibc) up to the production lines. There will be a timely warning if a refill is required for a certain material.

In addition to overviews of all incoming orders (credit orders), you also have access to all imported customer orders (debit orders) from the ERP (or other system), preferably provided with delivery addresses in advance. Determine in advance and based on user patterns the quantities needed to fulfill orders. The inventory management software itself makes proposals for purchase orders for (semi) products.

For this part, MyPlantFloor uses the integrated inventory management system. Raw materials are provided with a unique number / barcode label on receipt per container/pallet and stored at a location. The unique number forms the link to product, supplier and possibly product-specific data such as: best before date, viscosity, lot code, production date, transporter, etc…. In this way a comprehensive administration of all information important for track & trace is created, which is also easily accessible.
